（1）Academic staff: The faculty comprises 69 dedicated full-time teacher, consisting of 41 teachers in the Department of Educational Technology and 28 in the Department of Journalism and Communication. There are 15 full-time doctoral supervisors, 21 professors, and 20 associate professors, among whom 61 granted with doctoral degrees.
（2）Administrative and teaching-support staff: There are 31 formally full-time teachers, including 17 formally full-time teachers and 14 informally full-time teachers.
