Adhering to the deep integration of pedagogical theory and intelligent technology, the program addresses key scientific challenges within educational digital transformation by focusing on frontier scenarios such as smart classrooms, intelligent learning analytics, personalized tutoring, big-data-driven evaluation, and AI-powered resource development. These focus areas converge into five core research orientations—fundamental theories, IT educational applications, big data and AI in education, smart learning environments, and digital media and distance education—to systematically explore the evolution of educational patterns in the digital age.
